Posez-vous la question de votre int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l\u2019objet, et bien s\u00fbr de vos moyens, ensuite laissez-vous tenter !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trouver les lots et ventes qui vous int\u00e9ressent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour prendre connaissance des lots propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la vente, vous pouvez vous rendre dans notre salle de vente lors des expositions qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent les ventes, ou vous procurez les catalogues que nous publions avant chaque grande vente. Aussi, le site <em>Interench\u00e8res <\/em>propose un service gratuit d\u2019alerte par e-mail qui vous informe automatiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qui peut ench\u00e9rir ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout le monde peut ench\u00e9rir, \u00e0 condition d\u2019\u00eatre solvable, responsable et majeur. Les ventes sont publiques et organis\u00e9es par des commissaires-priseurs, tout le monde peut donc y assister, mais il faut cependant s\u2019inscrire au pr\u00e9alable si vous avez pr\u00e9vu d\u2019ench\u00e9rir et pour certaines grandes ventes d\u00e9poser une caution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment ench\u00e9rir ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour ench\u00e9rir, vous pouvez tout d\u2019abord si vous le souhaitez, vous munir d\u2019un paddle portant un num\u00e9ro, sinon vous signalerez votre volont\u00e9 de surench\u00e9rir simplement par un geste clair de la main au commissaire-priseur, ce qui se fait tr\u00e8s bien aussi. Ench\u00e9rissez toujours au-dessus de la derni\u00e8re ench\u00e8re prononc\u00e9e, soit en suivant le pas d\u2019ench\u00e8re (montant indiqu\u00e9 par le commissaire-priseur correspondant \u00e0 la somme \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 chaque ench\u00e8re), soit un indiquant de vive-voix une ench\u00e8re sup\u00e9rieure au pas d\u2019ench\u00e8re, pour impressionner les autres acheteurs ou acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mont\u00e9e des ench\u00e8res et donc la vente, ce que le commissaire-priseur peut refuser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les acheteurs ne pouvant se rendre \u00e0 la vente, il existe trois m\u00e9thodes pour participer \u00e0 la vente :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>l\u2019<strong>ordre d&rsquo;achat fixe<\/strong>, pour lequel le mandant autorise un tiers \u00e0 monter les ench\u00e8res jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un montant maximal ordonn\u00e9<\/li><li> l\u2019<strong>appel t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique<\/strong>, pour lequel le mandant est appel\u00e9 par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour porter ses ench\u00e8res en direct, par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire et la voix de la personne mandat\u00e9e, <\/li><li> l\u2019<strong>ench\u00e8re par internet<\/strong>, pour lequel l\u2019acheteur potentiel suit l\u2019\u00e9volution des ench\u00e8res en direct sur internet, et peut alors porter ses ench\u00e8res directement sur le site.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu\u2019une ench\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 et qu\u2019aucun acheteur potentiel ne fait de proposition sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle-ci, le commissaire-priseur prononce le terme \u00ab <strong>adjug\u00e9 <\/strong>\u00bb et l\u2019accompagne d\u2019un coup de marteau pour signifier que l\u2019objet devient la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de celui qui a port\u00e9 la plus haute ench\u00e8re. Seul le mot \u00ab <strong>adjug\u00e9 <\/strong>\u00bb met un terme aux ench\u00e8res et d\u00e9termine l\u2019adjudication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le dernier ench\u00e9risseur, celui qui a propos\u00e9 le prix le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et qui remporte la vente, est appel\u00e9 l\u2019<strong>adjudicataire<\/strong>.
